Delivery Options:
Confidential coaching sessions may take place via phone, Skype, or in person.
Coaching is more sustainable when committed for a period of time; and for this reason our packages offer the best value for your investment. Customized packages can also be made available to reflect the number of employees participating in coaching sessions.

- Step 1: Meet to discuss objectives, assess whether coaching is right for your needs & determine mutual compatability. If yes, proceed to step 2.
- Step 2: Receive & review package options; sign contract agreement to arrange & begin sessions.
Measuring results:
As with most things in life, "the level of outcome is directly related to the level of input." Coaching is no different in that, "the level of beneficial outcome is directly proportional to your level of engagement."
To provide you with the maximum benefit, we request that you identify objectives at the beginning of the coaching process. We also recommend a mid-point check-in to ensure objectives are being met or need to be revised, as necessary. Results will be measured against stated objectives at the conclusion of our agreement; and a report card will be provided.
